Managing job applications on JobLocum involves understanding status limitations and updates. Here’s an overview:

1. Vacancy is unavailable

When a job's vacancy count reaches zero, you can no longer update the application status of candidates. This is to ensure the accuracy of job availability and avoid further confusion.

2. Final Application Statuses

Certain application statuses are considered final and cannot be reversed or updated. These include:

• Ghosted by Recruiter
• Hired
• Rejected
• Candidate Reject/Withdraw
• Ghosted by Talent

Once an application is marked with any of these statuses, it is closed for further updates.
